Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch salt
Filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp milk as needed

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, honey, and salt until combined.
  2. Press crust mixture into the bottom of serving jars.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Add Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey, vanilla, and lemon juice. Mix until creamy.
  5. Adjust consistency with milk as needed.
  6. Spoon or pipe filling over crust layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best texture, use thick Greek yogurt and full-fat cream cheese. Adjust sweetness depending on protein powder used.
