  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Liquid & Flavor
  • 1 cup almond milk or other milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • to taste sweetener honey, maple syrup, or stevia
Optional Toppings
  • fresh berries, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, or nut butter as desired

Method
 

  1. Whisk together chia seeds, protein powder, and cocoa powder in a bowl or jar.
  2. Add almond milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Mix thoroughly to avoid clumps.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
  4. Stir pudding before serving and top with berries, cacao nibs, or coconut.
