Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water

Method
 

  1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
  2. Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, cornstarch, and water in a bowl.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove from pan.
  5. Add sauce to skillet and simmer until thickened.
  6. Return shrimp to pan and toss to coat. Serve hot.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp; remove from heat as soon as they are opaque.
