Method
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, cornstarch, and water in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove from pan.
- Add sauce to skillet and simmer until thickened.
- Return shrimp to pan and toss to coat. Serve hot.
Notes
Do not overcook shrimp; remove from heat as soon as they are opaque.
