- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Fold in crushed pecans if using.
- Transfer mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top and swirl lightly.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Freeze for 3–4 hours until scoopable.
- Let sit for 5–10 minutes before scooping and serving.
