Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2.25 tsp instant yeast
  • 0.75 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Filling
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
Assembly
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash
  • 1 tbsp melted butter for brushing after baking
  • 1 tsp grated Parmesan optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare dough and let rise until doubled.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Roll out dough and cut into 4x6 inch rectangles.
  4. Add sauce, cheese, and pepperoni to one side of each rectangle.
  5. Fold over and seal edges with a fork.
  6. Brush tops with egg wash.
  7. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
  8. Brush with butter and sprinkle Parmesan before serving.

Notes

Customize fillings as desired; great for freezing and reheating.
