- Activate yeast in warm water and sugar until foamy.
- Mix in flour, salt, and olive oil; knead until smooth.
- Let dough rise for 60 minutes until doubled.
- Mix feta, cream cheese, herbs, and garlic.
- Divide dough, fill, seal, and shape into pretzels.
- Dip in baking soda bath for 20–30 seconds.
- Brush with egg wash and bake at 425°F for 15–18 minutes.
Notes
Seal edges well to prevent filling from leaking. Best served warm.
