Method
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain fat, add taco seasoning, and simmer with 1/4 cup water.
- Combine beef, rice, nacho cheese, sour cream, and onions in a bowl.
- Place filling in center of tortilla, sprinkle extra cheese, and roll into burrito shape.
- Heat skillet, sprinkle cheese onto pan, and place burrito seam-side down. Cook until cheese melts and crusts.
- Flip and toast the other side until golden. Serve warm with salsa or sour cream.
Notes
Customize with your favorite fillings — black beans, grilled chicken, or jalapeños all work beautifully.
