- Brew two shots of espresso or prepare strong coffee.
- Warm milk in a saucepan until steaming, then froth until foamy.
- Stir pistachio syrup and brown sugar (if using) into espresso.
- Pour steamed milk into espresso mixture, then spoon froth on top.
- Garnish with crushed pistachios, whipped cream, and a pinch of sea salt. Serve immediately.
