Ingredients
  

Granola Mix
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup dried cranberries or raisins optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, sliced almonds, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, warm honey and coconut oil over low heat. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Spread mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Cool completely on the baking sheet. Granola will crisp as it cools.
  8. Mix in dried cranberries or raisins if desired. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

Customize with nuts, seeds, or dried fruits. Adjust honey for sweetness.
