- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease mini muffin pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine milk, melted butter, eggs, and honey in another bowl.
- Stir wet into dry ingredients until just combined. Spoon batter into muffin cups.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden. Cool slightly.
- Drizzle with honey butter and garnish with parsley or chives. Serve warm.
