Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with foil. Brush lightly with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk melted butter, honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and paprika.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper. Place skin-side down on baking sheet.
- Pour the glaze evenly over salmon and brush to coat.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Optional: broil for 2 minutes to caramelize glaze. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
Notes
Use wild-caught salmon for the best flavor and nutrition. Add red pepper flakes for heat or sesame oil for an Asian twist.
