Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts cut into 1-inch bites
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional
Garnish
  • sesame seeds
  • green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Toss chicken with salt, pepper, and cornstarch until coated.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through; remove and set aside.
  4. Add butter and garlic to skillet; cook until fragrant.
  5. Add honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar; simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to skillet and toss until coated and glazed.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, cook chicken in batches and avoid overcrowding the skillet.
