Ingredients
  

Ribs
  • 3 lbs pork ribs baby back or spare
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika optional
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup water

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Season ribs with salt, pepper, and paprika. Remove membrane if needed.
  3. Place ribs on sheet with a splash of water, cover tightly with foil, and bake for 2.5 hours.
  4. Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and water. Simmer until thickened.
  5. Brush ribs generously with sauce and broil for 3–5 minutes to caramelize.
  6. Slice between bones and serve with extra glaze.

Notes

For spicier ribs, add chili flakes or sriracha to the sauce.
