Method
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Season ribs with salt, pepper, and paprika. Remove membrane if needed.
- Place ribs on sheet with a splash of water, cover tightly with foil, and bake for 2.5 hours.
- Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and water. Simmer until thickened.
- Brush ribs generously with sauce and broil for 3–5 minutes to caramelize.
- Slice between bones and serve with extra glaze.
Notes
For spicier ribs, add chili flakes or sriracha to the sauce.
