Method
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Season ribs evenly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cover ribs tightly with foil and bake for 2 to 2½ hours until tender.
- Simmer honey, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar until thickened.
- Brush ribs generously with sauce and bake uncovered at 425°F for 10–15 minutes.
Notes
For extra caramelization, broil ribs briefly at the end.
