Ingredients
  

Ribs
  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Season ribs evenly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Cover ribs tightly with foil and bake for 2 to 2½ hours until tender.
  4. Simmer honey, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar until thickened.
  5. Brush ribs generously with sauce and bake uncovered at 425°F for 10–15 minutes.

Notes

For extra caramelization, broil ribs briefly at the end.
