Ingredients
  

  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.25 tsp salt or to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Add lemon juice, zest, honey, Dijon mustard, and garlic to a bowl or jar.
  2. Whisk until honey is fully dissolved.
  3. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

Shake well before serving if stored.
