Ingredients
  

Whipped Feta Base
  • 8 oz feta cheese block in brine, drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground
Toppings
  • 0.25 cup honey plus extra for drizzling
  • 0.33 cup pistachios shelled and chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme optional

Method
 

  1. Drain feta and pat dry.
  2. Blend feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon into serving bowl and create swirls.
  4. Top with honey, chopped pistachios, and thyme.
  5. Serve immediately with pita or crackers.

Notes

Toast pistachios for enhanced flavor. Add toppings just before serving.
