- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Place chicken drumsticks in the slow cooker and pour sauce mixture over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Optional: For a stickier glaze, transfer cooked drumsticks to a baking sheet and broil for 3–5 minutes, basting with extra sauce.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
