Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix honey, chili flakes, garlic, and lemon zest in a bowl to make hot honey.
- Layer phyllo sheets, brushing each with olive oil.
- Place feta in the center and wrap phyllo around it like a parcel.
- Brush the outside with olive oil and transfer to baking sheet.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Drizzle hot honey over baked feta and garnish with thyme.
- Serve warm with bread or crackers.
Notes
Best served immediately while the phyllo pastry is crisp.
