- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Coat chicken in flour mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Heat oil in skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per piece.
- Bake or warm biscuits as directed.
- In a small saucepan, heat honey with red pepper flakes and cayenne until warm and infused.
- Assemble sandwiches by placing fried chicken inside biscuits and drizzling generously with hot honey.
