Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Topping
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 1-2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken with olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken in baking dish and top with crumbled feta.
  4. Mix honey, chili flakes, lemon juice, and zest.
  5. Drizzle half over chicken and bake 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Finish with remaining hot honey and garnish before serving.

Notes

Adjust chili flakes for desired spice level. Chicken thighs can be substituted for breasts.
