Ingredients
  

Phyllo Rolls
  • 12 sheets phyllo dough thawed
  • 1.5 cups feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese optional
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Hot Honey
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.5 tsp red chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Warm honey with chili flakes in a small saucepan; set aside.
  3. Mix feta, cream cheese, thyme, and pepper until combined.
  4. Layer two phyllo sheets, brushing each with butter or oil.
  5. Add feta filling, roll tightly, and place seam-side down.
  6. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Drizzle warm hot honey over rolls before serving.
