Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 1.5 lbs salmon fillet skin removed and cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
Hot Honey Sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Large skillet

Method
 

  1. Pat salmon dry and toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  2. Whisk together honey, hot sauce, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and pepper flakes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook salmon bites until golden and crispy.
  4. Pour the hot honey sauce into the skillet and toss gently to coat.
  5. Cook until sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
  6. Garnish with parsley and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing hot sauce and cayenne pepper.
