  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon plus extra for garnish
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • ice cubes
  • whipped cream optional

Method
 

  1. Brew a cup of strong coffee and let it cool.
  2. In a pitcher or glass, combine milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sweetener. Stir well.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour cooled coffee over ice, then add milk mixture. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Optional: Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  6. Serve immediately for best flavor.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and milk type according to preference. Use freshly ground cinnamon for more aroma.
