- Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Sear chicken in olive oil until golden and fully cooked.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic in skillet.
- Whisk in flour, then slowly add broth and cream.
- Stir in parmesan until smooth.
- Return chicken and pasta to skillet.
- Garnish and serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan and reserve pasta water for best sauce texture.
