- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Set Instant Pot to Sauté and brown pork chops in olive oil. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter and garlic to the pot, sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and deglaze the pot.
- Return pork chops to the pot, add Italian seasoning, and pressure cook on High for 8 minutes.
- Quick release pressure, remove pork chops, and add green beans to the pot to steam 5–7 minutes.
- Serve pork chops with green beans, spooning garlic butter sauce over top.
Notes
For crispier green beans, steam for only 3–4 minutes.
