Ingredients
  

Pork Chops
  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • lemon wedge optional
Green Beans
  • 12 oz green beans fresh
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley garnish

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Set Instant Pot to Sauté and brown pork chops in olive oil. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add butter and garlic to the pot, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and deglaze the pot.
  5. Return pork chops to the pot, add Italian seasoning, and pressure cook on High for 8 minutes.
  6. Quick release pressure, remove pork chops, and add green beans to the pot to steam 5–7 minutes.
  7. Serve pork chops with green beans, spooning garlic butter sauce over top.

Notes

For crispier green beans, steam for only 3–4 minutes.
