- Add oats, water, milk, salt, and cinnamon to the Instant Pot and stir gently.
- Seal and cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes.
- Allow natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.

Notes
For thicker oats, reduce liquid to 3.5 cups. Stir well after cooking for best texture.
