- Add steel-cut oats and liquid to the Instant Pot.
- Add salt and cinnamon and stir lightly.
- Secure lid and set valve to Sealing.
- Cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes.
- Allow natural pressure release for 10–12 minutes.
- Stir well to thicken the oats.
- Add vanilla and sweetener if desired.
- Serve with berries, nuts, or other toppings.
Notes
Use milk for creamier oats; store leftovers for up to 5 days.
