Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb Brussels sprouts thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Italian salami chopped
  • 4 oz Italian cheese cubed
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese shaved
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Thinly slice Brussels sprouts and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add chopped salami and cubed cheese.
  3. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over salad and toss well.
  5. Add Parmesan, toss again, and let rest before serving.

Notes

Salad tastes even better after resting for 15 minutes.
