- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Add zucchini and cook until tender and slightly golden.
- Blend zucchini mixture with herbs, lemon juice, and seasoning until smooth.
- Return sauce to skillet and add pasta, tossing with reserved water as needed.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot with extra herbs and parmesan on top.
