Method
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter, garlic, and jalapeños to the skillet. Cook until fragrant.
- Add sliced peaches and sauté for 3 minutes until softened slightly.
- Stir in honey, peach preserves, and lime juice. Simmer until glaze thickens slightly.
- Return chicken to skillet and spoon glaze over the top.
- Cover and cook 6–8 more minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internally.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
Adjust jalapeño amount depending on desired spice level. Fresh peaches provide the best flavor and texture.
