Method
- Sauté jalapeños for 1–2 minutes or leave raw for extra heat.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, and jalapeños in a bowl.
- Butter one side of each bread slice. Place two slices butter-side down on a skillet.
- Spread filling evenly, top with remaining slices butter-side up.
- Grill 3–4 minutes per side over medium-low heat until golden and melted.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
Add crushed tortilla chips for crunch or use pickled jalapeños for tang.
