Ingredients
  

Sandwich Filling
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked crispy
  • 2-3 jalapeños thinly sliced
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp smoked paprika
Bread
  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture onto bread slices.
  3. Layer cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, and jalapeños onto half the slices.
  4. Top with remaining bread slices.
  5. Butter outer sides of each sandwich.
  6. Cook on medium-low skillet until golden brown on both sides and cheese melts completely.
  7. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust jalapeño quantity to preferred spice level. For extra richness, add pepper jack cheese.
