Ingredients
  

Focaccia Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1.25 cups warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Topping
  • 0.5 cup jam any flavor
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar for dusting

  • 9x13 baking pan

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil; mix to form dough.
  3. Knead 5–6 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let rise 1 hour until doubled.
  5. Press dough into greased 9x13 pan.
  6. Let rise 20–30 minutes.
  7. Dimple dough and spoon jam into each dimple.
  8. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes.
  9. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle sugar over top.

Notes

Use thick jam so it stays in place. Mix jam varieties for a colorful finish.
