Ingredients
  

Jello Gelatin Sheets
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 2 packets flavored Jello gelatin
  • 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 tbsp sugar optional
Cream Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Baking sheet

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Dissolve flavored Jello in boiling water until fully melted.
  2. Bloom unflavored gelatin in cold water, then mix into hot Jello until smooth.
  3. Pour into a lined tray and spread into a thin even layer.
  4. Refrigerate 3–4 hours until fully set and flexible.
  5. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  6. Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.
  7. Spread filling over gelatin sheet evenly.
  8. Roll tightly, slice into pieces, and serve chilled.

Notes

Handle gelatin gently when rolling to avoid cracking. Chill thoroughly for best texture.
