  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook chicken in butter until done.
  3. Add garlic and sauté briefly.
  4. Pour in cream and simmer.
  5. Stir in parmesan until thickened.
  6. Mix in broccoli and transfer to baking dish.
  7. Top with mozzarella and bake 20–25 minutes.
