Ingredients
  

Bread Batter
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 0.5 cup collagen peptides unflavored
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 4 eggs large
  • 0.25 cup olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup warm water

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk almond flour, collagen peptides, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs with olive oil, vinegar, and warm water.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth batter forms.
  5. Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth top.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Cool before slicing for best texture.

Notes

Allow bread to cool fully before slicing to prevent crumbling.
