Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Combine flaxseed meal, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and sweetener in a large bowl.
- Whisk eggs, warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar in a separate bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until fully combined.
- Allow batter to rest for 2–3 minutes to thicken.
- Transfer batter to loaf pan and smooth top.
- Add optional seed topping.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until firm and golden.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best texture, use finely ground flaxseed meal and allow bread to cool completely before slicing. Store refrigerated or freeze individual slices.
