Ingredients
  

Bread Batter
  • 2 cups ground flaxseed meal
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup warm water
  • 0.33 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp erythritol optional
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds optional topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine flaxseed meal, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and sweetener in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk eggs, warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar in a separate bowl.
  4. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until fully combined.
  5. Allow batter to rest for 2–3 minutes to thicken.
  6. Transfer batter to loaf pan and smooth top.
  7. Add optional seed topping.
  8. Bake for 45–50 minutes until firm and golden.
  9. Cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best texture, use finely ground flaxseed meal and allow bread to cool completely before slicing. Store refrigerated or freeze individual slices.
