Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth.
- Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and egg to form a dough.
- Roll the dough between parchment into a rectangle.
- Sauté onions and peppers in olive oil until soft, then add steak and cook until browned.
- Layer the filling and provolone cheese on dough, roll tightly.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm, garnished with parsley.
Notes
Best served fresh from the oven. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat before serving.
