Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée 100% pumpkin
  • 2-3 tbsp powdered keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt optional

Method
 

  1. Warm heavy cream and almond milk in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Whisk in pumpkin purée until smooth.
  3. Add sweetener, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Whisk gently for 3–5 minutes until combined and slightly thickened.
  5. Cool slightly, transfer to a jar, and refrigerate.

Notes

Shake before each use. Adjust sweetness to taste.
