- Warm heavy cream and almond milk in a saucepan over low heat.
- Whisk in pumpkin purée until smooth.
- Add sweetener, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and salt.
- Whisk gently for 3–5 minutes until combined and slightly thickened.
- Cool slightly, transfer to a jar, and refrigerate.
Notes
