Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Assembly
  • 20 slices salami thinly sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 0.25 cup roasted red peppers diced
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chives, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Lay each salami slice flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread about 1 tablespoon of filling evenly over each salami slice.
  4. Top with baby spinach and diced roasted red peppers.
  5. Roll tightly into spirals and secure with toothpicks if desired.
  6. Arrange on a serving platter and refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add diced jalapeƱos, olives, or crispy bacon bits to the filling mixture.
