- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin lightly.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients and fold in chocolate chips.
- Press cookie dough into muffin cups, creating a center well.
- Add chilled chocolate spread and chocolate chunks to the center.
- Cover with additional cookie dough and seal edges carefully.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden around the edges.
- Cool slightly before serving warm with molten centers.
Notes
Freeze small portions of chocolate filling before baking for extra gooey centers. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for best results.
