- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground Earl Grey tea, and lavender.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until dough forms.
- Add milk or cream as needed for smooth dough consistency.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake 11–13 minutes until edges are set. Cool completely on wire racks.
