- Warm milk in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add lavender buds and allow to steep for 3–5 minutes.
- Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey until combined.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
- Strain the milk to remove lavender buds.
- Pour into mugs, garnish with lavender or honey, and serve warm.
Notes
For a dairy-free version use almond, oat, or coconut milk.
