Ingredients
  

Moon Milk
  • 2 cups milk dairy or plant based
  • 1 tsp dried culinary lavender
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Method
 

  1. Warm milk in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add lavender buds and allow to steep for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey until combined.
  4. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
  5. Strain the milk to remove lavender buds.
  6. Pour into mugs, garnish with lavender or honey, and serve warm.

Notes

For a dairy-free version use almond, oat, or coconut milk.
