- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast 20 minutes.
- Add broccoli to the pan and roast another 10–15 minutes until tender.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Sear salmon in a skillet until cooked through, then remove.
- Melt butter in skillet, add garlic and lemon juice.
- Return salmon to pan and spoon sauce over top.
- Serve salmon with crispy potatoes and broccoli.
Notes
For best results, use fresh salmon and real lemon juice.
