Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs skin-on
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry and place in a baking dish.
  3. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and seasonings to create marinade.
  4. Coat chicken thoroughly and arrange skin-side up.
  5. Pour chicken broth around the chicken.
  6. Bake 35–45 minutes until cooked through and skin is crispy.
  7. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Marinate chicken for a few hours for deeper flavor.
