Dip Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
Topping
  • 0.25 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp bacon bits for garnish
  • 1 tbsp green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions until well combined.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Top with extra cheese, bacon, and green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve with potato chips, pretzels, or veggie sticks. For a warm version, bake at 350°F for 15 minutes until bubbly.
