Ingredients
  

Fries Base
  • 1 kg frozen French fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil optional
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Toppings
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread fries evenly on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake fries for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove fries from oven and sprinkle evenly with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Return to oven for 3–5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Top with crumbled bacon and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Customize toppings as desired.
