Ingredients
  

Chicken Shawarma
  • 1.5 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
Garlic Yogurt Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Mix all shawarma marinade ingredients and coat chicken thoroughly.
  2. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill chicken over medium-high heat until cooked through and charred.
  4. Rest chicken, then slice thinly.
  5. Mix garlic yogurt sauce ingredients until smooth.
  6. Assemble flatbreads with sauce, chicken, and toppings.
