  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Cook peppers and onions until soft.
  2. Brown ground beef and season well.
  3. Combine beef with peppers.
