- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice baguettes lengthwise and hollow out the centers to form shallow boats.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper; brush over bread.
- Toast for 8–10 minutes until golden.
- Combine lobster, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon, lemon juice, zest, paprika, cheeses, and onions in a bowl.
- Fill toasted bread boats with mixture and top with extra cheese.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool briefly, slice, and serve garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.

Serve immediately while warm. For best flavor, use fresh lobster tail meat and squeeze fresh lemon before serving.
